Our History

After 14 years as a company driver, I decided to become an owner operator. This was the first step in becoming independent and fulfilling my dream of going anywhere I want and getting paid for it. The next step was to create JPJ Trucking LLC and provide others with the same opportunities and freedom.

We are a family-owned business and are personally invested in every driver. We strive to find the best loads available to maximize profit, reassure freedom to set one’s own schedules, and have no forced dispatch, yet we always have loads available.  Currently, JPJ Trucking LLC works with over 600 brokers that have an unlimited number of shippers available to us.

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
  • Valid Class A CDL with minimum 2 years OTR experience
  • Must be at least 23 years of age
  • Must be able to fulfill the physical demands of the job
  • Must meet DOT requirements and pass a DOT physical, which includes substance
  • screening
  • Must have a safe driving record in the last 2 years
  • No more than 2 moving violations over the last 4 years
  • Must have good work history
